Ex-employer gave my W2 to current employee to give me. Person is not friend & I do not want them to see info!? - do i going to w2 from disability
What can I do? I am very worried about this? What can I do? You do not have permission to do so, nor do I give that person permission. Legally, the company that can do about it?

Yes, it is illegal.
Call the office of your State Attorney General. A number of federal and state laws requiring confidentiality, particularly employers. Actual monetary damages would not show any legitimate right place, but a call to the AG at least generate a call to the former employer.
