What could be the cause of my itchy rash? - itchy rash more condition_symptoms

A few days ago I started, accompanied by a rash itching. Especially in the arms and legs (in my arms, my thighs, back of the cow, back, biceps).

It looks like little red bumps on them. And it does not itch! I know of no lotions or other sheet or food or what have I done different lately.

Is it more of an allergic reaction to something? Or it could be caused? I have no other symptoms. But I'm going crazy! Ideas?
