Everything I have is Budde 48% vegetable oil, Unpopped sugar, Splenda and popcorn.

Use a hot air Popper, if you can always those as well. Some microwave popcorn has become obsolete. And I'm not sure Splenda react the same way in the heat of the sugar before Kettle corn. You can list the beads Splenda, and how they are still a little Splenda in them ..... pop
